Great service close to accomm Clean area for storage.

The staff that assisted me with drop off and pick up were super helpful- especially with pick up as my flight had been delayed and when I arrived at midnight no one was originally at the desk. But one of the supervisors appeared and clearly saw me looking a bit stressed, jumped behind the desk, and helped me get my bag back!

Bounce was completely new to me. It was recommended to us as we were looking to leave our luggage somewhere between the time of check out at the apartment till the time we have to leave for the airport. I’m very pleased with my experience. The app works very intuitively and finding a place close by was also very easy. Moreover, the service was great. I had made a mistake in the data of my first reservation and as I found out to late was considered a “no-show”. This meant that the payment was in principle gone. However, after explaining that I had made a mistake (which was also clear as I had already made a new reservation at the right day), they fully reimbursed our payment. Much appreciated!

We walked right past the place as Google maps didn't make it clear where the drop off was. It was my son who spotted the small sign in the window, but maybe further information online or a sandwich board to attract attention would help.

Pretty simple process. All driven by the app and quick code. Very convenient and safe.

Excellent service, easy to find store, no hassles. I rocked up 30 minutes early and picked up my luggage 30 minutes early. All done in less than 2 minutes, watched my luggage be secured and was told that the store closed at 6pm. Came back at 2pm and got my luggage back. Thank you!
