Luggage storage Southbank

Used twice on our trip to store our suitcase. Easy and convenient.

Very handy to have a place close by to pick up keys for apartment. Liked they have a security box to leave keys when flights are early leaving Melbourne

Service Was great just very hard to find the store ? Actually just a convenience store with very a small “Bounce” sign on the door We walked past looking for it many times before even seeing it So better signage is needed in bounce Southbank Melbourne or maybe inform customers However once found service was faultless 👍

No problems. Was a little bit worried when the guy was shocked I was leaving my suitcase for three weeks. He thought it was only short term. I was travelling around Australia. No issues case was the same as when I left it.

They put the luggage in the place where customers can see and pass by ? Due to limit space in shop? may be better put in space closer to the cashier .
