Only think keeping from a 5* is was hard to find. Different maps told me different ways to get there but none of them were it. Wondered aimlessly and eventually found it. Check in was easy and checkout was easy. Convenient location especially if you are say going to a convention and need somewhere to plop a bag.

Only praise from me. The location is only a short distance from southern cross station so wheeling luggage to this drop off point is no problem. There are a few stairs to get down into the backpackers office but for the convenience this is only a minor issue.
