In the heart of Madrid's nightlife, a haven of tranquility and courtesy. Luggage storage EXISTS and is located inside Habitaciones Universal, on the third floor, accessible by elevator. As you enter a small apartment furnished in light wood, you're surrounded by a clean scent. The owner greets you with a friendly smile and is very courteous, providing you with all the necessary information. You can use the service even if the app isn't working, paying cash on site. The luggage collection was also quick and everything went smoothly, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful glimpse of Madrid at Christmas before leaving, without having to lug our bags.
