This service is such a savior. I wish I knew it was so easy, would have come down from my far out hotel sooner. But know that the service is being operated from the Jewelry shop Paul and Young?) the price is very reasonable it’s around 10 dollars. Unheard of in a big city. They also insure you. Just that obviously they are not open until late. So make sure you pick up luggage before closing. And the service when you register keeps giving you reminders which is great.

The guy ran the place in the early morning was the stallion! I had a lost bag from my cab ride and he looked out for it.

The store is inside a hotel which is staffed with security personnel. And the hotel is located close to a Red line station. This makes this particular Bounce location convenient. Moreover, the staff was quite friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Very easy to drop off luggage. Felt weird to go through a convenience store, but our things were safe and the employees were kind.

Well, this was the first time using a service to store luggage while we roamed Chicago, and I thought we would store them in lockers. But we actually stored them in a back room. They didn't inventory, tag, mark our bags in any way to note that they were ours and not someone else's. I was apprehensive about leaving my stuff in a place that was accessible to the public. However.... nothing was stolen and everything was in its place as we left it. I can't ask for anything more. So 5 stars.

Very convenient for when you can't take your bag with you to an event. Courteous staff, plus it's in a downtown minimart, open 24 hours, so your belongings are as good as in a bank vault.

Worked out perfectly with our trip. Easy to drop off for the day while we wandered throughout Chicago and waited for our AirBnb to open. Very close to the L (Blue Line) and the store knew exactly what to do with the whole process. Definitely would recommend.

It was perfect! The staff that welcomed me was super attentive. The owner of the place is a lovely person. My items were well stored until I picked them up at the agreed time. The place is easy to access. I thought the experience was perfect. I would leave them there again!!! I highly recommend it!

It was super easy and quick to dropp off. It was also just as quick to pick up and be on our way. Will definitely use again if im in the area lugging stuff around.
