Very friendly service, with detailed information from the person collecting the luggage. There's plenty of space for luggage, including a rack where you can leave smaller backpacks and bags. The only downside is the lack of adequate lighting in the luggage storage area. (I was trying to rearrange my luggage and the lack of lighting made it difficult.) Overall, I recommend it.

Location is perfect right in-front of the louvre. Check-in&check-out were very smooth, staff were friendly! The storage room is in the basement so you need to carry your bags down (stairs). One of the staff members helped me carry my bag up upon check-out. Would recommend.

It was pretty easy making a booking with the bounce app and very convenient location, just outside the Westfield around the corner from the metro station. I left my backpack here in the morning and set the pickup for 8pm. It was Fete de la Musique day and I ended up being just a bit late for pick up because of the amount of people on the streets. On Google maps and on the app said that the shop closed at 9pm but even though I arrived before that time, they refused to give me my backpack. The older man that greeted me in the morning was very sweet and even though he didn’t speak any English, it was easy to leave my things there and complete drop off on the app. But upon arrival for pick up there was a different guy at the door, he was very rude and the one that told me I could get my bag. Even though I explained I had a bus booked to leave Paris that same night. He refused to listen and would even look at me. I ended up missing my bus, having to spend money to stay for the night (which wasn’t planned) and to buy new tickets for my trip. So I could come back the next day to pick it up. I contacted bounce that same night and even though there wasn’t much they could do in terms of reasoning with people at the shop, they were quick to respond and gave me a discount for my next time using the app. The next day the same old gentleman was there and was very nice to let me in earlier than opening time to pick me things up. The aftermath of the music festival was horrendous and there was still some sketchy people out in that area. He was very kind and asked me to stay inside the shop until those people were gone and the police showed up. Apart from the negative interaction with the other guy at closing time, or was safe to leave my things there.

It was open late so it was good for storing luggage. However, if you do not log in when using the Baus app, your reservation record may disappear when you check out later than the reservation. The staff member was different from the one who checked in, so they said that you cannot take it until you confirm the reservation. You can check the reservation record in the email connected to Google Pay. If you made a reservation without logging in, I recommend checking the email connected to payment. Since the staff member is very thorough with security, I thought I could leave my luggage with peace of mind. Also, I felt even more secure because they left my luggage in a triple-security warehouse(?) instead of just a store! If I have to leave my luggage nearby again, I will leave it there again.
