The CN Tower is one of Ontario’s most beloved landmarks. This enormous structure stands at a dizzying height of 553.3 miles tall – only surpassed by the likes of the Canton Tower, the Burj Khalifa, and the Shanghai Tower. The CN Tower was first conceived all the way back in 1968. The Canadian National Railway sought to create a building that could broadcast TV and radio signals to all of the citizens in Toronto, Ontario. By February 6, 1973, the Canada Cement Company began construction. Years later, on June 26, 1976, the CN Tower was finally ready to open.
Since then, the CN Tower has become one of Toronto’s most iconic attractions. Millions of visitors travel to the Tower each year to get a breathtaking view of the city. The Tower has also been incorporated into multiple events such as the 2015 Pan American Games and the Canada 150. Moreover, the CN Tower is a part of the World Federation of Great Towers and is considered a “Modern Wonder of the World” by the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Most people come to the CN Tower to go sightseeing, but end up staying for the Tower’s other attractions. For instance, take 360 The Restaurant, near the top of the Tower. This award-winning eatery serves a wealth of popular French-Canadian dishes and is famous for its “wine cellar in the sky.” There’s also the CN Tower’s famous EdgeWalk attraction. As you might’ve guessed from this attraction's name, the EdgeWalk anchors visitors with a 5-foot cable, then lets them walk along the rim of the CN Tower. There are also plenty of attractions for non-adrenaline junkies nearby the Tower. When you visit the CN Tower, Bounce recommends checking out the following.
No exaggeration – a person could genuinely spend hours exploring the CN Tower. From the Skypod to 360 The Restaurant, visitors tend to have their hands full at the Tower. Just imagine how hectic your visit would be if you had to worry about all of your luggage the whole time. If you use Bounce, you won’t have to. We're a 24/7 luggage storage service that can hold onto your things while you enjoy your trip to the CN Tower. To book storage for your briefcase or bags, download the app, and choose a spot.
Bounce operates in cities all around the globe, including Toronto. All across the board, we have multiple Bounce stations located near major streets and popular tourist attractions. Here are a few venues that are near the CN Tower and at least one of our partners.

You can find the Ontario Science Centre on 770 Don Mills Rd, bordering on the city of North York. Ticket prices range in price, though children younger than 2 years old can get in for free. Whether you’re a life-long patron of the arts, or if you’re a newcomer to Canada’s art scene, you should definitely visit the Art Gallery of Ontario. You’ll find paintings, sculptures, and vases from every period and every artistic movement you can think of. See works from emerging artists and long-admired pieces from well-known painters such as the Group of Seven. Many of the exhibitions change year to year, from black and whites to portraits to landscape paintings. This incredible museum is worth a day's visit or more. Book your stuff with Bounce for as long as you need to explore this artistic space.
Luggage Storage Near the Gardiner Museum
The Gardiner Museum doesn’t just display art – it also offers classes that will help visitors create their own masterpieces. George and Helen Gardiner founded this museum in 1984. One of the best things about the Gardiner Museum is that it’s actually very lowkey. This means that it’s not as crowded or as expensive as some of Ontario’s other venues. This lovely museum is located on 111 Queen's Park, on Bloor St. W. Adults pay a low fee to visit the Gardiner Museum, while seniors will benefit from an even more discounted price. Students and children, however, are allowed to visit and have fun for free. Drop all extra bags with Bounce and peruse the museum at length.
