Haruko was very friendly, and this service was very easy to use. We only booked it the night before but Haruko had available space, and it was cheap too. Can absolutely recommend if you've had to check out of your accom and need somewhere for those big bags whilst you walk around before you catch your train later.

The lady there was, very nice and helpful. Location was easy to find though slightly hidden. Look for the red, blue and white spinning barber sign.

The Bounce app is great, showed all the nearby locations, easy to pay online by credit card. Our storage location happened to be 2 blocks away from our hotel, very convenient. Staff was friendly, greeted us good morning. Easy booking. Quick QR code scan to check in luggages. Pick up was also very easy. I definitely will use their services again.
