Booking and baggage drop-off with a QR code was straightforward. The staff member and owner of a small souvenir shop spoke French and English and was very friendly. I was a bit irritated that my suitcase was left open next to three others near the sales counter, but it was still there after two hours. All good ^^

The place and service was wonderful, nice location and very near to the museum. Be careful with the additional fees in the app, take a great look of the checkout. We ended up paying 22€ extra because of the “fees”.
