Felt like the bags could be a bit better secured, especially bags that are easily tampered with like backpacks. If bags could be placed away from customers of the laundry business and the restroom, that would be ideal.

The staff is very friendly. The luggage drop-off and pick-up is super fast! Closed space with digital code. And the cherry on the cake is that it's open 24/7. Really incredible! For a first I really wasn't disappointed.

Great & easy drop off/pick up. Items were safely stored & staff was very friendly.

Lady in the UPS shop was lovely. Had to make two trips to take my 6 bags as haf my 2 children with me on foot but the lady was so kind and just waited for me to drop anything off and handed me my receipt for collection. We returned after 5 hours before heading to JFK and the young man passed me all my heavy bags from the back of the shop. Very happy with the storage and stuff felt safe and looked after while we took in the last sights before heading home. We stayed in an appartmemt which is why they couldn't keep our luggage.

Was very skeptical of the idea of leaving my computer and iPad a random place through an app but went for it. The drop off and pick up was easy and the store associates were very nice. So glad I found this and will definitely be using it again in the future.

The staff was super nice and made it easy for us to leave our stuff. However the place is quite small and when we came back our bags were basically right in front of the store, near the window. It was in view of the staff but also the street. I understand it's because the store is very small
