Great experience! We had a lay-over from LAX to Delhi. Mike was professional and accommodating. So much better than lugging our bags about. Loved being able to see Manhattan for a few hours without our luggage. Thanks Mike!

Great place to store your luggage

This was my first experience using Bounce. Wasn't sure what to expect but my expectations were exceeded at this location. I felt that my luggage was safe and I left Village Square Market worry free. The market staff were friendly and welcoming and the space was clean and neat.

This was such an easy process. This is one of the few locations that is NOT a weed dispensery, its instead a lil deli/convenience store. When you walk into the store, ask the deli counter folks where the bag storage is, and they will direct you to the back of the store. Someone will meet you there at a small room/closet and confirm you are your reservation. Then you get a ticket, and your bag gets stored on a shelf or floor (depending on space/size), and then you depart and they close the closet. People shopping in the store will have no idea there are bags stashed there, it looks like a supply closet. Pickup was also super fast and easy. If you look around the shop while you’re walking thru, maybe you’ll spot their cat—which is super smart to have around for pest control in manhattan! We would definitely use this location again if we come back to NYC.
