Perfect place to leave your bags. Central, so when you come back (no matter which airport or direction you’re going) so you can grab your bags without a hassle, because it’s open 24/7! Super kind staff who helped me with my bags. It’s inside a bodega, so major plus can also be that you can get food before you head back out. 🙃 Very secure and bags are taken to a separate storage personally by the staff. I’ve had some just leave it behind the counter, hence the need to leave this review. 12/10 recommend. 🌟

An outstanding service. I was able.to transverse Manhattan and Brooklyn without lugging my suitcase to the gym, restaurants, and a concert big props to the convenience store at 689 Broadway for taking good care of my luggage and for being there at 1am for a pickup.

If you want to walk Lower Manhattan is a good place.

This is a great place for anyone to store like one luggage or two without much hassle, I would recommend this to anyone. Its infact the easiest checkout and even the payment online is completely easy. I would recommend this to anyone who has sometimes some extra luggage, and when you are taking a bart or amtrak and you cannot get two suitcases in, its a great place where you can leave one and take it later, meaning its not that expensive and easy check in/check out and easy to book, also available 24/7. Any time I need to store an extra suitcase I would definitely come back and recommend this service to anyone else looking this service.

Hey! Of all the places we used bounce, this was my favorite. Friendly and helpful owners. Showed me where the luggage would be stored, mentioned security cameras running at all times, offered a bathroom before my departure. Really easy to work with and I felt like my stuff was safe.
