Nice people, efficient process. Really made my trip to the nearby Whitney Museum easy (you can't bring luggage to the museum). Only negative is that they really need to clean the cat's litter box -- poor cat should not have to use such an overflowing and disgusting box.

This was my first time using Bounce, and everything went smoothly with storing my bags here. They scanned my reservation QR and provided me with ticket stubs for pickup. Bags were stored in a back room. I'll be using this service again, such a convenient location!

Awesome experience. First timer here, and was a skeptic, but it was fine. Place was open late, and I was able to grab my things in the middle of the night. I had a lay over for 12 hours and needed a place to hold my luggage. The staff was kind as well. Simple corner store bodega. Lady who checked me in was helpful and guy late at night was really helpful. Excellent choice. Really appreciative. SEO- work on having the search terms specifically for luggage storage or locker for luggage or bag storage or bag locker. I tried on Google maps and Apple Maps and it was tough finding at night (for an out of towner).

Clean, posh boutique hotel with professional staff. Used qr code to check in and check out bag and tagged my bag with my information, which gave me security that my bag woukd be returned to me rather than someone else.

The location is easy to find, and the procedure for leaving your luggage is smooth. I felt absolutely safe at the hotel. I will definitely order here again next time.
