Bounce saved us from losing our last day in New York when we had to check out by 8am and didn’t have a flight until 10pm. Bounce let us easily and cheaply book in and drop off our bags close to our AirBnB, enjoy a final day in the city unencumbered by 50kg of luggage and then pick everything up just as easily. Great, secure and convenient service, would definitely recommend.

BOUNCE was a great experience for our transición from Newark to JFK as we landed 6 in the morning into Newark and our conexion flight didn't leave until 11pm that same day out of JFK, so BOUNCE was an increíble option for us, allowing us to leave our suitcases in a safe place as it was a local business so we could spend the day in the city without dragging them around. The guy who received us was super friendly and everything was perfect. i recommend BOUNCE 100 percent if you are in transit in any city or transitioning from airport to another airport and want to spend the day touring around.

The location is a laundry/dry cleaning business. It was slightly difficult to find using Google maps (the app pointed to the wrong side of the building). The staff is very friendly and courteous. I wish they'd provide tags to better identify our bags even though my bag was returned just as I left it without any issues. If I'm in the area, I'd use it again.
