Nice staff. Location is around 10 mins walk to the Met. Very convenient since the Met doesn't accept suitcases at the coat/bag check. Easy in, easy out as the shop was not very bus...

This service is so amazing and helpful for travellers. I was skeptical in the beginning as it was my first time using it but found it very convenient and safe. Highly recommend it !
The person working behind the counter could not find my package at first. He sensed my concern and he was willing to go through each one slowly with me until he found the one.
This was very convenient to the upper east side, the met, and Central Park. Super easy to find and drop off. The luggage was in the front of the store so I do wish there was more security. There was a cross check process at the end to check out our bags.
