The staff were friendly and efficient during drop off and pick up. We appreciated that our items were stored in a secure area for peace of mind.

UPS Staff was very friendly and accommodating. But not entirely sure of the Bounce procedure. My luggage was supposed to be zip-tied with a proper luggage tag, but they just stuck paperwork to it using a label envelope. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't 100% secure.

Neat place with restroom and water. A very helpful staff. Security of the building can be a bit non-practical, I would advice to trop a message and let her know you are coming, like ten minutes before, or call when you are there. And she helps you out.

A friendly and safe place to store our bags while visiting the Transportation Museum on a Sunday afternoon.

It’s not easy to locate the shop. When you book it, there’s no clarity about the service being located in a Barber shop!

Very easy check in process! Only issue was the closing time differed to the time advertised on bounce. I would recommend calling ahead to check especially during bank holidays.
