It is there, you need. To book on the app, but hotel reception will give you instruction how to do it. Be aware it is only until 17.30 pm, on the day, after 5.3 0 you need to book another day

Had a bit of trouble finding it. It's located to the right of the restaurant past the two wooden doors. The staff was quick and pickup/dropoff was very easy. Really nice that the place is open 24 hours and located very close to the U train

They were a bit surprised when we arrived with our suitcases. Was like it was the first for them to provide this service and it was obvious that they did not have allocated any special storage space for this which made us a bit uneasy how secure this service was.
