As advertised, the ocation was fairly close to Penn Station, however, navigating the sidewalks with multiple bags can be challenging. If memory serves me correctly, the shop was maybe 4-5 blocks away. Soooo, if you have mobility issues a taxi/Uber may be preferred...My friend is awaiting knee replacement surgery and complained that the walk bothered her knee. The service is a great benefit to travelers. I HIGHLY recimmend BOUNCE and would definitely use it again!!!

When you drop off your bags there is no check-in process or tags given. You take the bags yourself to the back storage room and drop it off. They let you know right off the bat that they are not responsible for any and all missing things and if there is an issue to contact Bounce directly. That part made us a little nervous but everything was still there 6 hours later. Good all around but just wish the check-in/out process was a bit more stringent.
