The staff wasn't very friendly, but the drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. I'm just surprised, because when tourists are leaving, they might generally be interested in a small souvenir – assuming they're friendly. As it was, we weren't particularly interested in the shop itself. But that has nothing to do with the actual provider, Bounce.
