This is storage under the counter or in the back room of a local store, in this case a big deli. They keep the bags behind the food counter and while it’s not locked up, there always seem to be staff behind the counter so I think it’s pretty safe. super convenient location for Grand Central so it’s a great shout if you have a train later in the day and want to be free of your luggage. App simple and efficient.
