Easy access and well done!

Everything was perfect. The personal attention was top-notch. They speak English and Spanish. The location is ideal. It's simple and well-priced.

It's good that I have extended hours; it saved us that it was open at night.

Very convenient, just bizzare, in the back of a deli, my backpack stored in a sink. Still the simplicity and ease of use has a touch of genius.

Staff was slow but overall it was easy pick up drop off

Easy drop off. Sometimes you have to wait for the staff, since they are working, but otherwise great spot near Grand Central to drop off a bag and explore the city.

It was all fine (easy to find and access, simple and quick to drop off and the staff were friendly) apart from the disconcerting sign saying not to leave valuables in the luggage, which made us question how secure it was.

Easy!! Perfect location to grand central

The service was excellent. We left our luggage because we were leaving that night... the transfer canceled at the last minute and they helped us find a Lyft... everyone was very kind... and while you wait you can eat and drink lots of delicious things! Thank you.

Location was great - across road from Grand Central - could not be better. There is a staircase to go down but elevator also available. Staff very helpful.

Very friendly and easy to use

Great location and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It is located near Grand Central Terminal, next to Dunkin Donuts. You will need to take the stairs or the elevator to bring your luggage down to the gym area. The one elevator has what looks like a subway train picture on it. The other one is kind of like a lift elevator. Would definitely recommend and use this location again.

Location is very centrally located (right by Pershing Square restaurant and 1/2 block from Grand Central Station). As other reviews have noted the main entrance to this location is via staircase, however staff will meet you or direct you to an elevator you can use. Huge perks of this location is (1) central location (2) on site staff (3) restrooms on site (4) water bottle fill station on site.

Easy access right across the street from the Grand Central entrance. Desk was manned at all times with very friendly staff, super efficient and lovely experience.

Super easy and everyone was very nice. We used it twice during our trip, and the only issue was that it closed earlier on the weekend which we didn’t realize until we were dropping off that day. Would use again!
