  • This was my first time navigating luggage storage. So, I was a bit nervous about leaving our luggage anywhere. The process was easy to both leave and retrieve the bags. The gentleman was very strict about receipts and rules which made me feel that my family’s luggage was in a safe place. He was also very kind, patient and polite. This made the process less daunting. I highly recommend this establishment.

He also took a picture of the 4 bags together and scanned them in with the QR code and same again when giving them back to us. He even checked if we were OK for a taxi. First time using the service and very happy with the whole process.

  • Overall it was okay, even though we had a tiny complication. I initially logged in the app 2 medium baggages, but then we went to the CBD store with 2 medium baggages and one small baggage. I wanted to change my reservation and pay through the app for the third bag, but the staff from the shop said that it’s better to pay for them up front, without changing the reservation in the app. It cost us 5€ in plus, which wasn’t a big price. Overall it was okay, the pick up went smoothly, but for future reference, pay attention to how many baggages you log in the app and make any modification through the app. We were lucky and nothing happened, but it’s better to do these through the app for any instance.
