The location was perfect, right next to Parc Guell. Easy drop off, although I was asked to pay more because my bag was not considered to be small.

This gentelmen was amazing . Smoothy we left our luggage. When returned luggage was safe , no issues . My phone was flat. The gentelmen from the shop help me charge my phone with his fast charger . We also bought rain coats they so handy in November time . THANK YOU

Whilst it felt a little strange leaving our luggage behind a curtain in a little shop, we retrieved it and all was there and hadn't been tampered with! Easy peasy!

Because this site got such high ratings, I decided to take a chance and try it. I was very surprised to find this tiny storefront that was so very cramped and dirty, to be a friendly if not inviting place to leave my luggage. The back room where my luggage was stored served as a bedroom with a filthy mattress on the floor, a cramped catch all/storage area and a bathroom with no handle. Inspite of all this, the owner was friendly and accommodating. I overcame my dismay and left my luggage that had two weeks of clothing plus jewelry. I can happily report my luggage was still there without it being opened. Don’t be turned off by the image presented to you. I can attest to the fact that all will be well when you return to get your belongings. I give this five stars for reliability.

It's a reliable shop, I had no problems with either depositing or collecting my luggage.

Using the Luggage Storage for the first time, You of course are a little insecure by leaving Your belongings to people You never had seen before. The main problem was that the owners didn´t speak / understand english. They wove about booking (by the app) - or not booking and just pay them cash! This contributed to the insecure feeling. We ended up making the correct booking - and everything worked out fine. I think it should be a requirement that the "shops" understand and speak english - as the custumers are tourists from around the whole World!

I was concerned that the clerk indicated to us to leave our luggage right by the open door to the street. I insisted on staying until I saw the luggage was secured in a locked closet
