Best location and best value we found for people going on a cruise later. The guy at the hotel was super nice and attentive. Highly recommend this place.

Process was very easy

We left our luggages there for 1 day and all were kept in a safe, locked, secured space. The location is downtown, a stone's throw from the Cathedral and La Rambla. Nice staff. Clean public areas, restrooms, resting area.

Great place to store luggage. I was pleased that they have a closed room where you can leave your luggage without worrying about it.

I wish it had been mentioned somewhere that they are located on a square, which means you have to walk a short distance from the taxi with your suitcases. You also have to go up a small flight of stairs. That was a bit difficult with elderly people. Friendly and very helpful gentleman at the reception.

A very pleasant atmosphere. Besides leaving our luggage, we took the opportunity to use the restroom, recharge, play pool, and eat pizza while we relaxed for a while until our return trip. Very friendly staff. They even let us use the elevator to bring our luggage up.

Simple and fast service. Will definitely be using Bounce again in Barcelona.

To be honest, we couldn't find anywhere to leave our backpacks while we were walking around Barcelona waiting for our ship, and this was a really good place with nice people.

Very helpful people at the hostel. Only issue is that elevator is up a flight of stairs and we had 14 bags. The service helped us out a lot

Practical and fast, well located. I left it for a few hours and they returned everything to me in perfect condition.

Convenient, pretty smooth transaction. Customer service lady could have been a bit friendlier. Bags were left just on back of the store, visible, not in another room🤔 but they were still there a few hours layer, thankfully.
