The staff was really friendly and helpful. Even though the app says the closing time is 5 PM, we were able to pick up our luggage later at no additional cost. The location is also great—just 2 minutes from the metro station.

I arrived in Barcelona at 7 a.m., left my bags there until I checked in at my accommodation in the afternoon, and had a great time seeing Barcelona Cathedral and other attractions.

I had a plane the next morning so I left my luggage and picked it up at five in the morning. inside it was a hostel and there was a 24 hour reception so the luggage was monitored all day. furthermore there was shared air with the bathrooms and it was also available for those who left their luggage so we rested on the sofa

I reserved for two luggage and everything went smoothly. We used the storage very often when we stayed in Barcelona as location is very convenient and staff was very helpful and it felt very secure.We reserved online but often we dropped by and they still had places.( We were there at the beginning of October)

The locker is inside the safestay hotel and the owner let us get some things from our bags many times. He helped us to survive in Barcelona as well. It was the best luggage storage experience I have ever had.
