The drop-off process was actually quite quick, but the employee was rather unfriendly and impatient, constantly repeating "QR code." It felt like there was no time to collect our thoughts. Otherwise, everything else was really straightforward.

They guard the luggage and return the luggage. They do their job with a smile.
