  • My scheduled pickup time was 3 AM, but my luggage had already been moved to another store, so I couldn't retrieve it! I returned at 8 AM and finally got my luggage after waiting 20 minutes for the owner to open the store. The staff were very polite, but suggested I confirm beforehand whether it was a nighttime pickup and if it would be possible to pick it up smoothly.
