Very quick to drop off and pick up, the staff were lovely

When you ring the bell at the entrance, a staff member will come out to receive your luggage and store it in a separate space on the right side of the first floor. The door to this separate space is locked, ensuring safety. When I checked in, they were already familiar with my reservation, so I was able to leave my luggage right away. When I picked up my luggage, they were a different staff member, but they were very friendly and helpful.

Spectacular! Both the welcome and the luggage drop-off were excellent. If I return, I highly recommend the hostel staff. Thank you so much!

Phenomenal. A life saver for a short last day in Barcelona. Pretty safe, checked our bag, and they led me to the storage space which they put it in. Then told us to just pick it up before midnight. After a certain time the doors lock and I had to call up and tell them I had a bag checked for them to let me in, which just meant that they took the safety of my bag seriously. A much better option than a convenience store in my opinion!

The drop off and pick up of the luggage was extremely easy. You are greeted by the person at the desk, your bags are tagged for accountability, and you’re on your way. We were a bit sketched out about trying a luggage device like this for the first time, but Primavera Hostel made it as simple as could be for a very reasonable price.

Staff at Primavera Hostel were awesome. You can use their bathroom have a drink of water, relax a bit. i Felt at home, not lik they were just taking my bags and money.

Everything great but when you left your bags they doesn’t give you any confirmation or documentation and when you come back you just said which one is your bag and they don’t verify it.
