The storage facility is in a 24-hour supermarket, which certainly doesn't inspire a sense of security, but everything went perfectly. The employees were kind and helpful, and our bags were found just as we'd left them. Excellent!

Overall, it was okay, but there was a problem with leaving our luggage. The guy said the warehouse was full and we had to cancel our reservation. Only after a colleague went to argue a bit did the guy agree to accept our luggage. No problem with picking it up.

I booked my luggage stored via the bounce platform. Took my things to the supermercat. Was feeling a bit not sure, since it was a supermercat. But the shopkeeper was very polite and handled everything by himself after we showed him the QR code. Reasonable price. It should be clear to everyone that this is just some storage space inside a grocery shop managed by the partnering platform. Do no expect a storage or locker room setup as we usually know it. But I found it safe and good

Drop off and pickup was easy. Good location next to metro and taxis. Open 24 hours. It was a little too easy to get our stuff, but we were very descriptive of our luggage. Perhaps that is why.
