The employees do their jobs well. They're not friendly; they just do what's necessary.

There was a moment of fear as the suitcases remained near the checkout and then in one of the supermarket aisles. Fortunately, the luggage was eventually placed in a back room.

The guy on the till who took our bags was very friendly, warm and welcoming. The location was very close to the metro and easy to find. Would definitely use again if we come back to Barcelona as very affordable.
