I was staying at a nearby accommodation, and since there was no luggage storage available before check-in at my accommodation, this was a great help. Thank you very much.

Though we received a surprising message that our luggage had been received on our way to get it, the support agent solved the problem quickly, while having a few chats with me, and finding it was mistakenly sent, and we were able to get the luggage without a problem. Despite a little thing that happened, we think Bounce is a very reliable service, encouraging us to take photos of our luggage and its tags upon check-in, and so on. Their problem solving capability is high and agile, too.

Needed somewhere to store our cases for 6 hours while we walked about before heading back to the airport. Turned up the guy put them in a locked room with a label and got them back out. Only thing was there was no “bounce “ sign outside so we were wonder around a bit to find it.

The location is very central; it's a supermarket one block from Plaza de Cataluña, with 24-hour service. Please note: The staff speaks very little Spanish, and when I went to collect my luggage, the manager couldn't find it and didn't seem to understand that I had left it with them. He had to contact someone else, which honestly scared me a bit.
