Very efficient service. Great place to store luggage, I recommend it.

Needed somewhere to store our cases for 6 hours while we walked about before heading back to the airport. Turned up the guy put them in a locked room with a label and got them back out. Only thing was there was no “bounce “ sign outside so we were wonder around a bit to find it.

Easy and quick drop-off (5:30 am). Luggage retrieval was slow as there was no dedicated line, but the area was secure and locked by the hotel staff.

I wasn't familiar with the concept of luggage storage and was nervous since it was my first time in Europe, but they safely stored our bags in a locker with a separate lock. I highly recommend the 2-night, 3-day option. We had a safe honeymoon.

Easy drop off and pick up, very secure, was able to use their bathroom and the lobby to charge my phone, and they made sure I knew how to get to the airport from their location.
