Fast service and well located

The location is very central; it's a supermarket one block from Plaza de Cataluña, with 24-hour service. Please note: The staff speaks very little Spanish, and when I went to collect my luggage, the manager couldn't find it and didn't seem to understand that I had left it with them. He had to contact someone else, which honestly scared me a bit.

Was ideal location. Very easy to drop off. Means you can wander without heavy bags. Used it twice and both times they couldn't find our booking on their app, so just went in to find out bags.... So take a picture of your numbers before you leave.

Great location and very convenient.

Process was easy and straightforward. Location is also great as it's close to the bus stop for aerobus that goes to the airport. However, the person doing the check out didn't fully complete the check out process, either intentionally or unintentionally. Only after receiving a reminder email from Bounce telling me to collect the bag, I realised that the check out process wasn't completed. I think they're supposed to scan the QR code, which they didn't do. If I didn't manually complete the process online, I would've been charged more. A bit sneaky I would say. So be careful!
