This gentelmen was amazing . Smoothy we left our luggage. When returned luggage was safe , no issues . My phone was flat. The gentelmen from the shop help me charge my phone with his fast charger . We also bought rain coats they so handy in November time . THANK YOU

Whilst it felt a little strange leaving our luggage behind a curtain in a little shop, we retrieved it and all was there and hadn't been tampered with! Easy peasy!

The blokes at gaudi gift were a great help storing my suitcase while I visited park Güell! The process was very easy

The process is simple: you show the QR code, and the store clerk will store your luggage. Retrieving it is just as easy. It would be better if you could have a personal locker, to feel more comfortable and secure. But overall, it's good.

Friendly staff, easy m, fast service, good accountability

Very pleasant and attentive staff. The establishment is a bar; you have to go inside and show the QR code. We also took the opportunity to have lunch, as they have quality sandwiches at a good price.

Simple to check-in using the Bounce website QR code with the staff and we were able to collect our luggage sooner than the expected time. The restaurant was in a prime location near the station, staff were friendly and they returned our luggage quickly, I would recommend.

Very practical and simple. I just find it a bit expensive at €14 for a suitcase and backpack for 4 hours.

The family running the store were so kind and spoke perfect English and also helped us find some travel items that we ran out of! Thank you for watching our stuff while we explored!

Because this site got such high ratings, I decided to take a chance and try it. I was very surprised to find this tiny storefront that was so very cramped and dirty, to be a friendly if not inviting place to leave my luggage. The back room where my luggage was stored served as a bedroom with a filthy mattress on the floor, a cramped catch all/storage area and a bathroom with no handle. Inspite of all this, the owner was friendly and accommodating. I overcame my dismay and left my luggage that had two weeks of clothing plus jewelry. I can happily report my luggage was still there without it being opened. Don’t be turned off by the image presented to you. I can attest to the fact that all will be well when you return to get your belongings. I give this five stars for reliability.

It's a reliable shop, I had no problems with either depositing or collecting my luggage.

Using the Luggage Storage for the first time, You of course are a little insecure by leaving Your belongings to people You never had seen before. The main problem was that the owners didn´t speak / understand english. They wove about booking (by the app) - or not booking and just pay them cash! This contributed to the insecure feeling. We ended up making the correct booking - and everything worked out fine. I think it should be a requirement that the "shops" understand and speak english - as the custumers are tourists from around the whole World!
