Very pleasant and attentive staff. The establishment is a bar; you have to go inside and show the QR code. We also took the opportunity to have lunch, as they have quality sandwiches at a good price.

Simple to check-in using the Bounce website QR code with the staff and we were able to collect our luggage sooner than the expected time. The restaurant was in a prime location near the station, staff were friendly and they returned our luggage quickly, I would recommend.

Simple process to book at short notice and felt the staff were expecting us. Located 100m from Lessups metro stop, easy to be in the centre of the city in a few minutes. Also only a quick (uphill) walk to Park Güell.

Located in an easy to find restaurant. Staff knew exactly what to do and scanned my confirmation right away, then took my 2 bags out of sight and I went on my way to Casa Vicens nearby. A few hours later when I returned, they recognized me right away, got my bags, scanned them out and I had a beer while waiting for my taxi. Lovely!

Great location, near the metro station Lesseps. I hace left the luggage and went to Park Güell, the place was easy to find and on the way.

This location is a restaurant. When we walked in they scanned our code and carried our bags downstairs to a storage area. They were efficient in retrieving our bags and I felt comfortable leaving them there.

We found this place by seeking the storage services around, it was really convenient because it’s a restaurant and the staff is very diligent.

I was hesitant at first using this however staff at the restaurant were expecting my bags, they were really friendly and the whole process was so easy! They scanned my QR code using the app so I knew everything was tracked and bags were put safely in another room which gave me peace of mind. Thanks so much!

Very practical and simple. I just find it a bit expensive at €14 for a suitcase and backpack for 4 hours.

Friendly staff in the diner will accept your bags upon presentation of your QR code and store it for you. Your jacket will also receive a separate number. Collect it again inside: show QR code and pin.
