The whole process was seamless. The owner simply scanned the QR code, provided me with a claim ticket, and that was it. When it was time to pick up my luggage, I just handed over the ticket and my bag was ready right away. Quick, easy, and stress-free!

I was in Barcelona back in July 16 and rented a storage for me and my buddy… at the time I didn’t have internet on my phone… this young man let me use his hub so I can connect… very accommodating people that work at this place and my stuff was safe… thank you and I would recommend this place to anyone 🙏

We were a little concerned initially as the area seemed a bit dodgy, but we dropped our bags off at 10am and collected at 6pm and had no problems at all. The drop off and collection went smoothly - the shop was very quiet at both times, so it was quick. Only thing is that they just stored the bags behind the counter - they weren't locked away somewhere securely. Having said that, it all worked out well.

Worked as it should, so no complaints. The location is close to the metro so is very convenient to drop luggage off for the day and return later. Booking was easy via the app.

Baggage storage was great, had no problems finding store. Prices high though for 4 suitcases for 4.5 hours.

Check in can take a bit more time in the morning as you wait with the hotel guests but otherwise good as your luggage is in a separate locked room

The staff is very welcoming and booking is easy. However, I expected them to be individual, locked lockers and not a locked room with all the other guests' luggage.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Even though the app says the closing time is 5 PM, we were able to pick up our luggage later at no additional cost. The location is also great—just 2 minutes from the metro station.
