The whole process was seamless. The owner simply scanned the QR code, provided me with a claim ticket, and that was it. When it was time to pick up my luggage, I just handed over the ticket and my bag was ready right away. Quick, easy, and stress-free!

Good experience, I've found a good guy that has helped me with the luggage, he asked a picture of the item with a code number applied on it.

We were a little concerned initially as the area seemed a bit dodgy, but we dropped our bags off at 10am and collected at 6pm and had no problems at all. The drop off and collection went smoothly - the shop was very quiet at both times, so it was quick. Only thing is that they just stored the bags behind the counter - they weren't locked away somewhere securely. Having said that, it all worked out well.

Located within a hostel in a convenient location, this luggage storage was quick and very reasonably priced. I will use in the future!

Check in can take a bit more time in the morning as you wait with the hotel guests but otherwise good as your luggage is in a separate locked room

The staff is very welcoming and booking is easy. However, I expected them to be individual, locked lockers and not a locked room with all the other guests' luggage.

So close to Univerisitat stop to drop off on the way to or from airport. Quick drop off and they took care of bag for 6 days. Great Experience!

Booked in for a few hours. Was close to our apartment so was a convenient location before we explored another part of the city before collecting later before flying home, though I did assume it would be put in locked storage rather than the back of the shop, I don’t have any complains as our bags were as we had left them.

Excellent service, very friendly, easy to find. Second time using and would use again.

Great location Easy pick up and drop off

The place is very well located, however, they leave the luggage visible to all customers in the store, I think it would be better if they kept it in a more private area
