At first, I was a little nervous using this because you’re basically dropping off your luggage in a foreign country and praying nothing happens to it. But the man at the front desk was so exceptionally nice! I got Luggage back without any issues. It was close to the center of the city so I was able to do a Bus tour and easily get on that without Walking far. Overall, what a great experience!

Excellent! It's located inside a hotel; we left our luggage there for two days to go to the beach area, and the staff were great. There's also a bathroom on site that you can use. Very close to the metro station. I recommend it.

Perfect...it was a hotel that kept our suitcases in a little room especially for us.

To be honest, we couldn't find anywhere to leave our backpacks while we were walking around Barcelona waiting for our ship, and this was a really good place with nice people.

Very helpful people at the hostel. Only issue is that elevator is up a flight of stairs and we had 14 bags. The service helped us out a lot

Booked online, everything went smoothly on site. Luggage is stored in a locked room; the only thing missing is a directly accessible elevator (there is a stairlift, but no regular elevator).

The luggage storage is located in the Kabul party hostel so Google maps have it wrong as it sends you in an alley near by. Otherwise all works like it should. You pay in advance get the booking code, arrive to the hostel and give your luggage. For each piece you get its own number for later pickup and that’s it. It gets the job done.

Practical and fast, well located. I left it for a few hours and they returned everything to me in perfect condition.

Convenient, pretty smooth transaction. Customer service lady could have been a bit friendlier. Bags were left just on back of the store, visible, not in another room🤔 but they were still there a few hours layer, thankfully.

Centrally located, easy to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I could think of is a bigger sign/indication. Otherwise, highly recommended.
