Friendly staff, easy process to book in and convenient location. Only comment would be to make sign bigger, as the service is in the hotel. We were looking up for ‘bounce’ but the sign was in the bottom corner of the door way. Apart from this great service.

Super easy to access, and i love that it was in a hotel in a central part of the city. Quick check in, and a great price compared to a lot of other luggage storage spots. Luggage was in a back room, locked. 10/10 would use Bounce again! No issues for showing up a half an hour late to drop off, and arrive a bit early to pick up.

Male staff member at Reception was super helpful with check-in/check-out and also helped us with a taxi to the airport. 1 minute walk from Liceu Metro station. Very reasonably priced also. Would use again.
