Luggage storage Barrio Gótico - Placa Reial

The luggage storage is located in the Kabul party hostel so Google maps have it wrong as it sends you in an alley near by. Otherwise all works like it should. You pay in advance get the booking code, arrive to the hostel and give your luggage. For each piece you get its own number for later pickup and that’s it. It gets the job done.

All good, however be mindful that the storage space is on the first floor and the lift only works if you request it from the receptioner! Otherwise, very nice experience.

Your luggage is stored in a locked area, and you'll be given a claim ticket, so you can rest assured. A staff member was present both when you dropped off and when you picked up your luggage.

Great fist time experience using bounce. I chose this location as it’s in the same plaza as my hotel. Check-in was a breeze and checkout was just as easy. Will use bounce again in the future and likely this same spot in Barcelona

for us, finding somewhere to leave our bags was a last minute decision. returning to barcelona, we searched google for lockers, and came across "bounce" at the barrio gotico, which was just around the corner from the hotel we had stayed in the week before, & positioned in a great square in the gothic quarter. i didn't really want faff with having to set up an account & CC setup within an app etc..... which is where the good part steps in..... there is no account setup. scan the QR code at the premises, follow the instructions, show the reception the new generated QR code.... boom, all done, bags taged, & locked away in a secure room. the staff in the barrio gotico were fantastic also with the whole process, & with answering questions i had. 5 stars for my first experience.

Easy luggage storage in a locked door in a hostel. Very safe and secure. Google map location to the Bounce location is slightly off, look for Kabul hostel.

The service was excellent, and the fact that it was open 24 hours a day, including January 1st, gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy a leisurely stroll without any hassle. The service was very good, I highly recommend it.

Service for storing luggage was great. Receptionist was kind and eagerly guided us through the process which was quick after showing her our reservation code. Will definitely be back. Next time to try the hostel and store more luggage.
