Easy drop off for luggage, nice staff and good location.

Secure location on first floor of a hostel. Behind locked door and bags are tagged. If you have the option to go upstairs first, you can ask for the elevator to be used to bring everything upstairs. Super friendly staff and they let us use the common space for a little whilst after we picked up our bags.

Easy to find, you have to climb some steps to get to reception. They keep your luggage in a separate locked room.

Staff were great. A locked storage room for luggage made us feel confident our items were safe.

Easy drop off easy pick up. Bags are locked up when dropped off and you can only claim them when you show your matching ticket. Made me feel better about leaving my backpack and carry on with them. Will definitely use them again.

Staff very helpfull at check in and check out, only downside is that there's 2 small flights of stairs with no lift avalable unless you contact reception, not easy carrying 2x 23 kgs suitcases up, was ok going down as you could get reception to get the lift to get to 1st floor

This location was super active! The front desk staff were super helpful and locked our bags in a storage room. The hostel is cute and I considered booking there next time.

I was hesitant to leave my luggage so far away from the airport but honestly this was the best location. It is located in the center of the city and after dropping off my luggage I was able to walk everywhere without needing additional Uber’s. The service was quick and I felt very secure leaving my luggage at this location.

A great and secure way to hold your luggage on a long layover. We had a few hours in Barcelona and wanted to explore without the hassle of carrying around luggage. The place was clean and secured well our luggage was stored under lock and key. We came back a few hours later without any incidents.
