Top 10 Bounce luggage storage locations in Barcelona

We had no issues or concerns with the location, the staff and the service. Everything went smoothly. However, the location is incorrect and I do not understand why it is not rectified. Maps will take you all around the houses from Placa Cataluña to another supermarket where the extremely unfriendly lady won’t help you nor would the even more unfriendly man in the next nearest supermarket 24 around the corner! That’s my quib with this service as when in Barcelona for a day you don’t want the stress of wondering if this place really exists when it could be so easily fixed!

The clerk was totally friendly and helpful. I would recommend using this location for sure. It is SUPER close to the Liciu metro stop which has an elevator so getting luggage up and down is easy. They let us use bathrooms in lobby to change clothes when we picked up our stuff and urged us to take as much time as we liked getting ready to leave with our stuff. The reservation process was super easy and clear. One tip: they advertise 5 euros per bag price but they insist you buy the insurance so the price ends up being closer to 6.5 euros per bag in the end. But even at that price it is a good deal for a secure 24 hour place.

Close to the train station, this location worked out well for us to leave 4 bags so we could move around the city before heading to our hotel by the airport on our last day. It was easy to find, simple check in and out process. Upon pickup my daughter’s bag was opened but I think it was because it was a cheap bag and the zipper came apart. All our things were there, unharmed.

Easy checkin / check out process, make sure to take a picture of your ticket stub / put the physical copy somewhere safe. Left my luggage for a week; fairly easy to find and close enough to the train station. Had to pay for a ticket there and back from the airport 11e but worth the price of leaving luggage there for a full week. Very cute hostel, and would be willing to stay there if I need a place in town.

I did not know the name of the store, (that may have been my error), but it was a little difficult to locate your store, using just the address. It has been a couple of months since you kept my luggage, but I think your street address number was not on your storefront. Thank you for keeping our luggage!

We used a bounce location in Barcelona to store luggage luggage for the day before a return flight to the uk. The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful, they even called a taxi for us when our Uber cancelled. 👍

Doesn't look like a place where you keep bags, but maybe it's for the best because thieves won't try and look for valuable items. Check in and check out was very easy, close to the metro and bus stops, I recommend this place

First time use this bounce service and it is good experience for us. It may be better if the store owner could immediately keep the luggage inside the store area once we dropped the luggage with them. We will feel safer in this way. But we are happy at least they did kept our luggage at the back which is not easily seen by customers when we collect our luggage. Good job .

This being a hotel was such a game changer. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Our luggage was stored behind the counter in a locked room which made us feel very comfortable. Location was easy to get to tourist destinations. Would def use them again

Our stop is at a hostel, no lockers, staff at reception did his job to guide us step by step. Led us to a room to place our luggage, just a tag on top of luggage without locker. The room has a CCTV tho. Staff who handle the room wasn’t friendly nor helpful.
