Great service , easy to book

Very friendly and professional. Luggage is photographed before drop-off. We dropped off 3 suitcases and 2 backpacks. No problems at all. Easy. I recommend them.

I liked the security of the system with online signup and using photos and tags to verify both dropoff and pickup. We were in the middle of an active theft unrelated to us that was facilitated by the layout of the store. It easily could have happened to one of us. The exchanges are always a little confused with attention spread out. I would like a more secure exchange area.

Very good service for what it takes: quick and easy! Cheaper than others, although you don't have your own locker and access whenever you want; it's more like a hotel luggage storage.

Nothing for the store - had an issue with data/internet connection in the immediate area, which prevented me from opening the app, the only place I could access the code.

Excellent service, friendly and responsible people, and they take great care of everything I leave with them. Plus, they sell amazing nougat; the coconut and chocolate one is divine!

It was an easy process and the lady at the counter was pleasant and so helpful. I received back my baggage in perfect condition. Overall I was very comfortable and felt safe leaving it with them. I would definitely recommend them

The ladies inside are incredibly friendly. I had a million suitcases (I was going abroad for Erasmus) and it was a mess, but they treated me with patience and kindness. I 100% recommend storing your luggage here if you need it.
