It was great that they were located near the Sagrada Familia and were open 24 hours.

Very good location for Segrada familia. Clean shop, no lockers. We gave 4 pieces of luggage to the shipowner, is based on trust.

Smooth pickup and dropoff process. Bags were kept in a back room behind an employee only door. The bags were tagged and photographed before dropoff. Not sure how secure the storage location was but nothing was missing and the pickup and dropoff were relatively painless.

A great service if you've got bulky luggage and are looking to explore the Sagrada Familia. Pretty simple to use - just show your QR code when dropping off and collecting!

Friendly staff

I received good service from the cashier, and the store was open as indicated on the app.

Handover was quick with the app as well as retrieval. Polite interaction & The store had also a good selection of beverages, snacks etc . It also seemed clean .

It's a bit strange; it doesn't inspire much confidence to leave your briefcase with a private individual. At a supermarket, someone will take your bag and hold it for you, and then take it to a room. It worked out well for me, but it's not reassuring if you're carrying anything valuable; I don't think I would leave it there. The positive thing is that it's quick to drop off and pick up. I used one near the Sagrada Familia.

Quick and without any problems

Easy to find and super friendly service.

The process was very simple: we arrived, gave them the QR code, and did the same thing on our return. I like that they take a picture of your suitcase; I recommend it :).

Excellent service, friendly and responsible people, and they take great care of everything I leave with them. Plus, they sell amazing nougat; the coconut and chocolate one is divine!

It was an easy process and the lady at the counter was pleasant and so helpful. I received back my baggage in perfect condition. Overall I was very comfortable and felt safe leaving it with them. I would definitely recommend them

The ladies inside are incredibly kind. I had a ton of luggage (I was going abroad on Erasmus) and it was a disaster, but they treated me with patience and kindness. I 100% recommend storing your luggage here if you need to.

Really helpful and friendly ladies inside the shop. And very convenient - will use again! Description would benefit from saying it's inside the shop at 237 as we spent a little time looking for it.
