I’ve tried this place three times, twice on short drop offs, like I picked it up within the day, then 1 long-term one. The maps pin is reliable, the process is quick. We left behind apples in the luggage (totally forgot) for a 5-day trip to Switzerland. They are still fine when we got them. So it means this place stores their luggages in a place with okay temperature. Overall would recommend 🫶

Super convenient. Not the friendliest service, but it gave us a few extra hours to walk around comfortably until our flight.

Excellent location next to the Sagrada Familia. Both delivery and collection were very easy, and the staff were attentive.

The whole process was so easy and seamless. We booked with them the day before. Dropped off our luggage before going to Sagrada Familia, across the street. Afterwards, they helped us into a taxi. So nice, helpful.

It was located right in front of the entrance to the Sagrada Familia. I told the taxi driver the location, so I was able to drop off my luggage without getting lost.

Easy booking online; very friendly and helpful service. Photos taken of our luggage and the numbered tags supplied by Bounce and immediately uploaded to our Bounce account and our bags were whisked away for storage. Collection was efficient; we were recognised on our return as we walked in and asked if we wanted to collect our bags, which were then swiftly retrieved from store. Very easy; not expensive; and allowed us to visit La Sagrida Familia, which doesn't have facilities for luggage.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Dropped our luggage off before visiting the Sagrada Família. The people were nice and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend bounce.

Easy access from the street, and steps away from the Sagrada church. I reserved in advance and with the app, it’s easy to check in/out. This is inside a convenience store, so water and candies are accessible in case you need any. There are also tapas restaurants on the same street as this location, so it is even more convenient.
