Very convenient to leave your luggage next to Casa Batlló and take a tour of the area. You have to go up to a second floor to deliver and pick it up, but they have an elevator (The building is a kind of Hostel)

Leaving bags here was a positive experience and the location was convenient for us. The check in is inside the building and you interact with actual people, not just entering codes and putting suitcases in lockers.

Near Casa Batllo, a little difficult to locate, it is inside a hostel, but at the reception they explain to you with simplicity and courtesy how everything works, if I were to return to that area that is where I would leave my luggage.

The method is to scan the QR at the reception on the 1st floor and then move to the 2nd floor to store your luggage. I would like to thank the reception for their kind response even though the train was delayed and I arrived 30 minutes later than the scheduled time.

The location is very good. The storage room is a separate room on the second floor. When accessing, only a group of people who know each other will be allowed to enter the storage room together, so there will be no situation of accessing and accessing at the same time with strangers, which is very safe.

Easy location, friendly staff and very quick/ easy process

It was easy and fast. I found it easy because I came here after reading the reviews. The entrance to the building says ‘Safestay’. I made a reservation online in advance. I took the elevator to the 2nd floor and asked the person at the bar for help. There is also no lock in the room. I paid 11 euros for 2 bags from morning to night. The only disadvantage: No one checks if I have the right bag.

The building is well marked and easy to find by its name. Luggage is stored in a closed room on the first floor. The only drawback may be the narrow elevator, which can take quite a long time to arrive. However, if you have light luggage, I recommend using the stairs.

Great. We had a few hours with suitcases in Barcelona. We had just arrived from a cruise and had our plane in the afternoon. We wanted to see the Casa Batló and...bingo!, right next to it there was a hotel with a Bounce point.

The luggage storage was simple, easy and secure along with an elevator to the luggage storage area.

Easy to book, staff were friendly, felt bags were kept secure and in the perfect location.

They have a pretty good system, the luggage is kept locked, they give you a card with a number that they make sure matches before you take it with you. Super friendly staff. I would use it again without a doubt

Great experience with Bounce Luggage Storage, easy to book online, place was easy to find and it's in a very convenient area as only few steps from metro and R2N train station which takes you directly to the airport. When arrived to the place, staff took the reservation number and directed to go to second floor where locker room is located. Room is locked all the time and only staff has access to. Each luggage has a tag id and it's checked when collecting the luggage. In general great experience, highly recommend!

Good place Central Barcelona. Staff lets you place your luggage as you see fit but keeps an eye open for theft. Gives a good feeling to leave your luggage here.

It was super quick and easy. Guys at safestay were really helpful. Storage place is at 2nd floor near cafeteria. You just need to show your booking voucher and they will give you tags and you are done.
