Easy deposit and withdrawal process, welcoming staff

Excellent experience. The depot is busy, but the process is smooth. You take the elevator to the 2nd level where you are greeted and given the option to open the secure card-operated locker. Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance to collect your luggage.

Very convenient for leaving your luggage next to Casa Batlló and exploring the area. You have to go up to the second floor to drop it off and pick it up, but there is an elevator (the building is a kind of hostel).

Leaving bags here was a positive experience and the location was convenient for us. The check in is inside the building and you interact with actual people, not just entering codes and putting suitcases in lockers.

I liked it because it was central and well protected.

Near Casa Batllo, a little difficult to locate, it is inside a hostel, but at the reception they explain to you simply and politely how everything works, if I were to return to that area that is where I would leave my luggage.
