Easy bag check, 1 minute from my apartment rental, in a mini market, used numa rental with free baggage checking. Staff were friendly, provided luggage tags, easy/quick drop off and pickup.

The service is safe and reliable, but Bounce's handling leaves a bit to be desired. Here's why: 1. When picking up my bags, I need a booking code, which is easy to find on the app; otherwise, it's written in small print at the bottom of the booking confirmation email. If it's so important, why not write it in large letters at the beginning of the email? 2. An hour after picking up my bags, Bounce emailed me saying I hadn't checked out and I risked paying extra fees. I downloaded the app and looked for how to check out: I couldn't find any button, menu, or anything else to do it. Perhaps the storage facility manager should have communicated this and forgot? I tried to contact them via the app: no response. I tried to contact Bounce support via the app: the app crashed, waiting forever. I tried to contact Bounce support via the web: a chatbot responded, telling me they were passing the case on to a human agent who would help me soon... after an hour, no response. So much for 24/7 support. Finally, when I exit and re-enter the app, a popup magically appears asking me to confirm that I've completed checkout. Hallelujah.

The drop-off process was actually quite quick, but the employee was rather unfriendly and impatient, constantly repeating "QR code." It felt like there was no time to collect our thoughts. Otherwise, everything else was really straightforward.
