Very good. Clear instructions. They prefer English but also understand spanish. The drop off was easy, fast, safe. You leave your luggage, show the QR code the app generates, they give you card numbers for the luggage ,you tale pictures of them. When you pick them up, you scan the qr code again and show the picture. Thank u. Great service

I received good service from the cashier, and the store was open as indicated on the app.

Handover was quick with the app as well as retrieval. Polite interaction & The store had also a good selection of beverages, snacks etc . It also seemed clean .

It's a bit strange; it doesn't inspire much confidence to leave your briefcase with a private individual. At a supermarket, someone will take your bag and hold it for you, and then take it to a room. It worked out well for me, but it's not reassuring if you're carrying anything valuable; I don't think I would leave it there. The positive thing is that it's quick to drop off and pick up. I used one near the Sagrada Familia.

The process was very simple: we arrived, gave them the QR code, and did the same thing on our return. I like that they take a picture of your suitcase; I recommend it :).

It was an easy process and the lady at the counter was pleasant and so helpful. I received back my baggage in perfect condition. Overall I was very comfortable and felt safe leaving it with them. I would definitely recommend them

The ladies inside are incredibly kind. I had a ton of luggage (I was going abroad on Erasmus) and it was a disaster, but they treated me with patience and kindness. I 100% recommend storing your luggage here if you need to.
