These was a great experience. It's was way cheaper leaving my additional luggage instead of paying crazy airline fees. It was near the airport and staff was very friendly.

I recommend it 100%. We left 4 suitcases and there was no problem with any of them, even though we had fragile things inside. The staff was very, very friendly and the price is not even half of what you would pay at the airport; it is very close by car, and I highly recommend it!!!!

It is 10 minutes away from the subway, and staff are available 24 hours a day, so you can use it at any time. The guesthouse has a system to store your luggage. After you leave your luggage, you are given a paper ticket and you must be careful not to lose it. I left my luggage for 4 days and it was kept safely :)

It was the first time I used this type of service. I found Bounce in a quick search and made my reservation using the intuitive website. I immediately received confirmation and the indicated location. The gentlemen who attended to me both at check-in and check-out were very friendly and quick and I received my bags just as I delivered them. I will certainly use the app more often if I need to!

Staff at Mucha Masia is very helpful. Check-in check-out is quick. They were alao accommodating when we arrived early. Rates are also good Only downside is the location, lots of one way streets, easy to miss and we had extra trouble due to construction closures

Easy checkin / check out process, make sure to take a picture of your ticket stub / put the physical copy somewhere safe. Left my luggage for a week; fairly easy to find and close enough to the train station. Had to pay for a ticket there and back from the airport 11e but worth the price of leaving luggage there for a full week. Very cute hostel, and would be willing to stay there if I need a place in town.

Very polite and helpful staff. They even let us repack our bags there in a separate room when we hadn't been able to do it before arriving. Our bags were just as we left them when we came back. Honestly the whole place felt safe and everyone was super nice.
