No lock on the door. Not sure that the woman who checked us back in was the same woman and didn't check our check stub. Also too far from the airport. I hit purchase and immediately regretted it. We had to pay to travel there.

They were beyond friendly! Super glad I went with this service and will definitely use again. They even let me hangout in the lobby so I could wait for a ride. Huge kudos to the service and the lobby staff!

The location was right next to Pike's Place market, which was perfect for us to drop the luggage, explore downtown, and pick it back up when we were ready to head to the airport. The light rail is just a few blocks away. Dropoff and pickup were quick and they immediately put our luggage in a locked storage room in the back. Much better peace of mind than leaving it at the sketch hotel we stayed at the night before.

Great and Pretty easy process, you get a code for them to scan, no early arrivals. It was UPS store near Othello link station depending which train car you’re on its an 8-4 min walk. They close at 7pm so pick up by then. My luggage was behind counter on a shelf so if you’re looking for a locker with a lock this is not it. Thank you!

Super friendly staff. They had everything ready to go when we got there. This was our first time using Bounce and it was a perfect experience. They are directly across the street from the Space Needle so we were able to hop off an Uber, drop our bags, and explore the city for the day unencumbered. I'm hopeful that all locations are that good as we're looking forward to using Bounce again.

It Isabel older stone building, entry on corner up several stairs and a call box to buzz you in. Storage down a flight of stairs - no elevator. :(
