Not only was the Bounce process super easy, the staff member at the location was soooo amazing!! He was helpful, accommodating, and sent above and even helped us navigate local transit.

Great service. Wish that the luggages weren’t visible to the public. Otherwise, a great service and the person at the counter was helpful and understanding!

Shop owner is super friendly and we fell totally fine leaving our belongings with him. It’s stored securely under the counter at a grocer that we then returned to get snacks from. Would definitely use again.

Our flight wasn’t until 10 pm we had gotten off our cruise around 10 am so we Dropped our luggage off with them and were able to walk around the city with ease that our items were safe and secure. Staff was friendly and respectful

The area where our backpacks and other luggage were kept was just bare floor; not clean; and while secured from public view and access, it was in plain view and access to anyone walking through the area

This was very convenient, easy and enjoyable experience

Very friendly polite shop employee . No hidden charges. Close to Pioneer Square. The old fire station turn bar and restaurant has restrooms. Neighborhood may appear skidrow but ideally close enough to Seattle Art Musiam and waterfront.

The owner was very polite and helpful. Our luggage was kept safely and the whole process was very easy. It made our last day in Seattle much easier to not have to worry about our stuff.
