Easy to find, good location, friendly staff.

Super quick and easy storage. I was able to shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport with them, which I’m super grateful for as a solo female traveler. All the staff were very nice which I also really appreciate.

The Red Roof shuttle picked me up at airport. Staff at hotel handled my luggage storage efficiently then returned me to airport. Great service! Reasonably priced.

This is a great place for Bounce storage. The shuttle is convenient and the hotel staff are helpful. The hotel is about a half mile walk from the airport transit station.

Service was fast and friendly. We left a backpack here for several days while we traveled around. They put the backpack in the corner of the breakfast room which didn't seem completely safe to us.

Easy Peasy! I like that it was at a hotel so it was always open. Dropped off the bags so I could visit the space needle w/o lugging them around. I would definitely recommend!

Plain and simple: it was exactly what we needed. Me and my husband just off a cruise in the morning and our plane didn’t leave until the evening. We wanted to drop off our 5 pieces of luggage so we could walk around town. The 1 staff member that we saw there was super friendly and communicative. Drop off was pretty simple. Pick up was okay. The doors were locked, so I tried calling the number on the website, with no answer, but we saw the staff come out from the back and we just knocked on the door. He gave us coupons for next time which was cool. One thing I didn’t quite like was that the website said it wouldn’t give us the address until we booked something. I think this one was the closest one to us, but the website told me it was only a 9 minute walk. It was NOT! It ended up being a 30 minute walk after I did the booking and got the address.

Staff was extremely friendly and luggage was stored in a secure location. Once we found the place and the local contact number it was smooth sailing

The host was friendly. Excellent communication, and the luggage was completely secure. He also gave us coupons and tips on places to visit.

Left our bags for most of the day, felt safe and secure.

While the location was a bit hard to find, they provide a phone number and the employee picked up the phone immediately and came right out to help us. He was super nice and also gave some suggestions for places to visit

Comfortable space; first time using Bounce. Easy, efficient, good bathrooms and sat in the lobby for a rest from walking around all day. Very nice!

I work downtown and since I can't bring my work bag with me to the Kraken games, this was such a great option! Right across the street from the space needle. The lobby was locked up after the game, but they let me in and they were very helpful!
