Storing our bags here was both seamless and pleasant. The owners have a clear system to track check-ins, and picking up our bags was efficient and easy. It was a perfect landing spot for our luggage while we explored the waterfront.

The Purple Store was fantastic. The staff was great, but BOUNCE website says you MUST pay online as you can't pay or request storage in the store. That is an outright lie. And it's cheaper to rent the spot directly from the store, so we basically lost $. I will NEVER use Bounce again & never recommend them to any of my friends. I'll use Google to find a storage place.

Amazing company! Storing, booking and dropping off our luggage was made really easy. I would highly recommend this company as the prices are reasonable too. Having this service helped me to enjoy walking around Seattle before I had to catch my flight. 😅

A little challenging getting up the hill with my suitcase but once inside, the service was wonderful. Very easy process and a cute little store. Right by the market where we wanted to be!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the process was very quick and easy. The location is central; carrying luggage up the hill is a bit of a hassle, but honestly, it's not a big deal. Everything else makes it worthwhile, and the location and closing time are great. 10/10
