Location is great. It is not far from the BMO. Also close to transport. The staff was very helpful getting us checked in and out. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine. Small problems: The apple map app took me to the back of that building but google map app corrected it. That ONO POKI reference was helpful. I was scared when I saw locks on the entrance door but luckily, it was opened. Our clerk was very nice and helpful. The store windows are NOT see through, so it appeared closed on the first sight. All in all, an excellent experience.

Quick and easy drop off and pick up.

Drop off and pick up were great and easy. They stored the bags nicely. Just make sure to get there exactly for the time you said for drop off on the app. This has nothing to do with INS Market but we were 10mins later than our drop off time and the app automatically checks you In AND Out and you dont get a refund. Luckily the guy at INS Market let us just book again right there at his counter so problem easily solved!
