Convenient service! Everything was easy - booking online, dropping off my bag, pick up. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend and would use again! *Tip: head toward the metro in the building. It’s at the convenience store.

This service at this particular location was great; we could not store our luggage at the property we were checking out of, and being able to drop the bags right at the subway line was ideal. We were able to spend the day in the city and jump right on the TTC to the UP train when it was time to get to the airport. The directions on the Bounce app weren't great (in terms of finding the location) but the proprietor was very helpful in giving us further guidance to get there. Would recommend!

This is the best place in Toronto to leave your bags at. Extremely secure (the store owner locks your belongings in a room). Friendly service as well.

The staff there is nice and kind

Very easy and convenient to use, but I didn't find it secure. They don't check anything when you pick up your stuff, so someone else can easily grab something from you when they pick up their stuff.
